Bridgehead


BridgeHead is a development by Wykeland which is located on the West side of Hull in the East Riding of Yorkshire. The site is at the north end of the Humber Bridge and is only minutes away from the A63 which leads into the main UK road network and also into the centre of Hull. Also the development is only about 15 minutes away from the Port of Hull and over the River from the Port of Immingham. The development is broken down into two phases and Phase 1 started being built in 2012 and is now home to businesses like Beal Homes, Victoria Plumb and John Good Group amongst others. The overall development will contain 612,000 sq ft of high quality working spaces including offices, research areas and high tech manufacturing buildings. Some of the features of the project include:

  • Low density development with more than 40% landscaping and a 1km woodland path including a ‘Homes for Nature’ project.
  • The landscape has been developed in partnership with the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust.
  • The buildings have been designed to meet the highest design codes
  • The site has excellent internet connectivity (100mbps)
