Glasshoughton J32 M62

Wykeland acquired G@Glasshoughton in late 2012 and comprises four development sites which cover 24 acres. The sites are very close to Junction 32 of the M62 which allows good access from the UK major road network. The area in which the sites are located is already a well-established mixed use location for a number of types of business. The site which is closest to the M62 will be developed under a development agreement for The Really Useful Products Company. At the development there are units up to 250,000 sq ft available for businesses. The sites are well situated to take advantage of the UK road network with the M62 being very nearby and the M1 and A1 being only a short drive away. There is a reliable hourly rail service to a dedicated station at Glasshoughton which links into Leeds and UK’s main rail network.
