Burton-Upon-Stather

The port has existed for over 2000 years and undergone quite a few changes to say the least, to where it is at now. It is now privately owned under the Charles Willie Group and is predominantly used to handle timber/steel and bagged cargos. A concrete landing stage as well as a fuel depot are available for the off-loading of petrol. The port benefits from offering the deepest water berths available on the River Trent, measuring at 61 metres.
