The Ozone business park is located just outside the growing Howden and Goole employment hub off junction 37 on the M62. Excellent transport links are in place with access to the motorway and railway network, giving an equal distance between Edinburgh and London. The Park is part of the Goole/Howden employment hub and has great access to the Humber ports with the Port of Goole being minutes away and the Port of Hull being about a 30 minute drive away. As well as being near the Humber ports, the Park is about a 20 minute drive away from Doncaster Railway Station which has direct services to London and other major UK cities. Doncaster is also home to the Doncaster Sheffield Airport (formerly Robin Hood Airport) which has flights all over Europe and further afield.
The site consists of a 32 acre plot, providing a superior working environment with extensive landscaping and low site coverage. A range of buildings are on offer, from 929 sq m to 18,850 sq m with great potential to expand if need be.
